I got the Wagner header, and I plan to gut the pre-cat. So I will need a MIL? Who do I pay to get one of those? Will it hurt my car to run without the MIL untill I get one?
BTW if the cat is physicaly still there why do I need the MIL?

the casing of the cat is there. the stuff that makes the cat work is what you took out hence "gutting the cat" so the readings will be all f'd up ur car will mostly not run or work like ****

yeah, think of the cat as an exhaust filter....just like your air filter. what it does is the first o2 sensor gets a reading before the cat....the gas goes through the cat and the 2nd sensor gets an "after-reading". There should be a specific difference in voltage output from the second o2. Without that substrate in the cat the reading will not change. Thats wht the MIL does is alter the signal out of the o2 sensor to see ideal conditions.

I sell them for $15shipped in the lower 48. I dont know how much shipping to belgium would be but I'd say $20 should cover it.

How much does the MIL weigh? Shipping to me goes by weight and international charges dont apply. I can go ahead and PayPal you $20 to ship it to me.

Team, I could easily send it in a regular envelope no problem. If you want to paypal the money to me I'll ship it out to you tomorrow so it'll get there asap. I can't accept credit cards via paypal, just instant transfers. Paypal is "perrymuk@bellsouth.net".

Kagy, I've been so busy lately I haven't been out to my shop in weeks. I'll check it out tomorrow and let you know. Last I checked 2 of the 5 studs were broken and would need to be replaced. I may actually have another one that has 5 good studs. If I do, I'll make you the same deal. Should be about $50shipped for the gutted cat and MIL w/ instructions....let me find a cat for you first before sending any money.

What about the "spark-plug fouler trick" instead of the MIL?

Kagy, the studs are broken off on there and it wouldn't be worth the time or effort to try to replace them. Maybe I'll come across another stock exhaust here shortly and put one aside for you.

Team, It'll ship out tomorrow USPS.

...Not to threadjack, although it seems it already has been but...

Matty, do you have another MIL around? I just ordered a header by way of Ken's latest group buy on msprotege so I'll be needing one too. If you get back to me soon, I should be able to paypal the money tonight so hopefully you can get it out tomorrow.
Thanks.
Scott.
