What is the most powerful NA 2.0
Has anyone done the following, and if so what was the cost and how much HP did it give you.
CAI
both cams
4-2-1 header
exhuast
port polished
and is there a packaged head that all you have to do is bolt on?
I am looking for ways to get the most with out forcing. For now!

yeah, the P&P will do wonders I'd bet if you remove the VICS/VTCS and do the extrude hone porting. This is what Tripoint does to their motors and they make 250hp NA.....of course they run stand alone EMS and 11.2:1 compression.

oh hell yeah!! Those motors make 1-2 races TOPS before being completely rebuilt.
I would just stick with 8.5:1CR, forged internals, blanaced and knife-edged crank, EH ported head and intake sans VCTS/VICS, WOMP, 8lb flywheel with good clutch and a full 2.5" race exhaust....enjoy 300+whp for as long as the stock tranny lasts!

you could also get the Haltech for about $1000 and have full controll over your AFR's. Lean it out on map A for more power and turn it down for better economy on Map B..
I saw 14whp and 10lb/ft gained on 87 octane with NO timing adjustments made. Imagine what you'd pick up switching to 93 octane.

I thought my 71 442 was bad, I got rid of it because every thing on it was 300.00.
Now I have a car that every thing is a grand! Is it just me or did I go backwards? lol
Once I get my card paid down I can do the haltech. But I wouldn't know where to start with it. Is there any one around my that know how to use them?

the actual tuning of the haltech is VERY straightforward. simple use of the arrow keys up and down to adjust fuel at a given load on the table. I have never tuned with one myself but I've playing around with the software and my local dyno shop knows how to use them.
