'02 Protege5 Fog lamps
I have a cracked fog lamp casing that I would like to replace. Can someone suggest a manufacturer or two for aftermarket fog lamp assemblies? The factory replacements are too expensive. Much appreciated.
Also if you could specify a size or part number it would be very helpfull!
Thanks again!

Just wanted to let you know that i'm planning to remove my stock fog lights and replace them with the Hella Angel Eyes 2500 series lamps. they have dual stage lighting, 1st stage is a LED ring in the edge of the lamp, that more or less lights up like the BMW headlamps and the second stage is when the H3 bulb lights up. somthing to think about, its around the $50-70 range shipped. I ha bought my upgraded hella lamps a while back from this Hella dealer in PA, susquehanna motorsports, he has the 2500 series also, check it out.

not sure if the size would fit, , but i know that the optilux fog lights them selfs are 4" in diameter and 3.1" in depth. I'm off from work on friday, so i'll be doing some measuring then, i will get started on this project about end of this month, (too much crap going right now).
on to the brightness of the bulbs, its uses the standard h3 bulbs, i know the facotry lamps come with 55 watts power, oems were i think 27th watts when i removed them. i may upgrade to the optilux, or just get 70 watt bulb in there. anything over that gets the lamp too hot and may cause other problems..
take care,
Denham

Can I see a picture of them?
