15-20 HP for 5 bucks!???
Does this really work? I have a feeling its garbage but knowing a little about engines and their respective electronic components, by installing a different ressitor between the intake and the ecu, you knid of piggy back the system and trick it into thining there is colder air entering the engine tan usual. This won't really boost our HP that much but for a couple of bucks and probably 50 cents at Radio Shack, it is worth a shot. Anyone do this before? I think I am going to and if it seems to work I will let all of you know.

Kinda
Big scam. You know how your car feels a little bit "peppier" in the morning or when the engine is cold? It does that because it needs more fuel when cold, what that resistor or "chip" as they call it does is make it think your engine is cold, which in turn makes you run rich and lose gas mileage for miniscule horsepower.

low gas mileage and burnt out catalytic convertors. The only time I ran one was in my nitrous injected SHO. It seemed to help out but only because the N20 needed more fuel to be productive. Did nothing on the street.
