2003 P5 HID solution?
Recently purchased an 8000k HID plug and play kit for my 2003 P5. Being aware that my DRL's run via low pulse voltage through my low beam halogens, I am looking for the best way to solve the "HID flicker" while my low beams are off but DRL's are energized. My first goal is to seek the possibilty of rewiring to have DRL circuit run low voltage through my high beam bulbs, thus elminating flicker without loss of my DRL's completely. my other option is an HID relay or capacitor install to allow HID's to operate at full iintensity via the DRL circuit as well as when low beams are switched on. Anyone have experience or knowledge to share on this matter? I'd sure appreciate some solid ideas...

I think that a relay solution would probably be the easiest to put in place, since i'm not sure where the regulation takes place for the low voltage DRL.
And how much modification are you comfortable doing on your own?
I can help select a relay, but would need to know the voltage that's on the stock lamps when in DRL mode.
its likely that this would work for you http://www.digikey.com/product-detai...1830-ND/646983
