323 Police
The only Mazda 323 police car in the world! (that I know of)
I recently did searching for a 323 Police Car....... I could only find one in the world, but no picture, was just a text article. Small island off of Hong Kong where vehilces are banned. VERY cool I thought. So I contacted the Hong Kong Police Department last week and asked them to provide me with a picture. Believe it or not they responded today.
Here is a brief story I put together from several articles.....
Cheung Chau introduces their first police vehicle.
Cheung Chau, a 2.4-square-kilometre outlying island situated to the southwest of Hong Kong Island, is a city dwellers's paradise: there are no skyscrapers, no vehicles and none of the disturbance of modern city life. However, in the fourth lunar month each year, this quiet island is transformed into a hive of activity when the fascinating Bun Festival, Cheung Chau's main claim to fame, takes place.
Police can now respond more quickly on Cheung Chau thanks to a compact new patrol car being tested on the island where general vehicles are barred.
Islands District Councillors and Rural Area Committee members, along with scores of Cheung Chau folk, flocked to the ferry pier on October 26th 2000 to welcome the island's first police car, a small 1.3-litre Mazda 323 Saloon, as it was unloaded from a barge. It features highly visible blue, red and white livery, with flashing lights and a siren like a regular patrol vehicle.
Not all residences on the island are accessible by car and the use of it will be restricted to safe roads and lanes. However, where part of the journey is by car, response times will be reduced. Cheung Chau Divisional Commander Feline Li Wai-lin said the vehicle's introduction heralded a new era in police work for the Division.

Pretty cool, even cooler that they responded to your email request. Maybe they hardly have any crime over there, so your email was something for them to do. LOL
The coolest police car ive seen is a Porsche 911.

off topic: My friend had a Jetta police car. Complete with a real working siren, and flahsing lights inside the car.
