I'm no expert but this is what I can recall. A few things were added in the mid-cycle refreshes. These are the ones I can think of.

Shiftable Sport auto transmission option
Cup holder covers removed

Subwoofer option
No roof rack option
Might be more that I can't remember or know of.

I don't know about you, but the rears seats in my 02.5 fold flat nicely, with or without the lower cushions removed.

I have a 2002 P5 my seats in the back fold almost all the way down with the bottom seat still in the same position. I have the leather seats, shift ****, and stearing wheel. I had the polished wheels I have them in storage now. lenses on the front bumper, side markers. The carbon fiber look in the inside well the radio console at least. I dunno what else.....

is that with the subwoofer or without. with the subwoofer, the floor in the hatch is higher thus giving that flat floor. in reality, you have a little less room.
