I bought a B&M SS from these guys and they did the delivery pretty fast but i have to say they used a WAY DAMN bigger box than they needed to and they put like 2 pieces of newspaper inside to "protect" it i guess. 1 strip of tape was put on top of the box to keep it closed.
By the time it got here, it looked like the box had been smashed around quite a bit (at no fault of AI) but that 1 strip of tape wasnt doing its job for crap, so it looked like someone had gone thru my package.
It seemed like they used that big of a box to make a couple extra bucks of me on shipping, which costed about $15 when it could have costed like $6 or 8 i think.
Just something for you guys to think about....

 

why don't you weigh the package and find out how much shipping should've been ???........that way you will know for sure if they tried to trick you with the bigger box or if they used it because of a lack of smaller boxes.....................

 

just remember....some places charge a flat rate for shipping AND HANDLING for specific items...and that does NOT actually reflect what the actual shipping charges were.

Oh and BTW....if you didn't know....AI is owned by Jason, the guy that OWNS this board. :{D

 

Yeah i knew it was owned by the guy who owns this board. I knew if he was any kind of decent businessman he would take that critcism to improve his service rather than ban me or tell me to shut up or something.
I'm pretty sure he'll do the first one :P
