agh! my car has been wrecked!
Evidently my car has been in an accident! It did not show up on the Carfax, and the dealer made no mention of it! I'm pissed!
Is there any action i can take to get some money or something out of the dealer or carfax? I know carfax has the buyback guarantee, but i like the car.. just dont like the fact they didn't tell me it was in accident

Hey, aren't you the same guy who had his stereo stolen? Man, this is NOT your week is it?
Before blowing things out of proportion, try to asses (or have a shop asses) the following:
1) How serious was the accident, and how extensive were the repairs?
2) How well done is the repair?
If it was just a bump or scrape that was repainted, it's no big deal. If a new front clip has been welded on sloppily, there is a problem.
Look at your original paperwork from when you bought the car, to see if there was any seller disclosure regarding the repairs or denial of anything wrong. If you have a 100-point inspection record from the selling dealer and they show you that nothing was wrong at the time of purchase, you bet you can go after them for negligence and/or seller misrepresentation, but probably only if the repair was subpar.
