Ive been having a hard time finding a Yellow Protege 5, so I went to autobytel.com. They contacted a dealer, which quoted me $17,600. It includes: moonroof, floormats, wheel locks, 6-disc changer, and a alarm system. The invoice on edmunds.com is $16,995 and the MSRP is $18,3.. I speicfically asked him if there were ANY hidden fees, and he said all I had to pay was t,t,& l. Has anyone used autobytel.com before? So, I think this is a good deal, but can someone backup my claim. Any info will be appreciated, thanks.

 

$17,309.00 is the golden price for a P5 with those options...but yellow will typically set you back a bit more than other colors, so it looks like a pretty good deal. You may want to try to get some more off, but it may not work. Depends if $300 is worth it to you for a color. I wanted a yellow, too...but canned it after I realized I couldn't work on the price. Red was just fine with me.
