Angry Body Damage

first off..... i know i'm an idiot so nobody needs to affirm me here. i had my car jacked up this weekend for my first oil change and i decided to paint the brake calipers too. when i let the car down onto the stands i did'nt have them far enough underneath the car so the edge of the body was resting on the stands. i did'nt realize until later of the damage i had done.

there are now creases on the underside of my body and the one side is very noticable. i am SO pissed at myself. i almost feel sick to my stomach.
does anyone know how much this is going to cost me to get fixed? i'm assuming alot. should i take it to the dealer where i got the car(40 miles away) or should i find a body shop in my town to do it?
if i had my digital camera here i'd take pics but my dad has it right now. i'm embarrased and so mad.

the back ones were placed below the back of the back door and the fronts were placed below the front of the front doors. they were just out too far so the edge of the body rested on the stands and creased the body. am i gonna have to replace that whole peice toward the bottom or can it be pulled out?

Yes, the actual JACK RAILS.

a Couple hundred Dollars, give or take. Depending on the amount of damage. And you do realize that they will have to paint the whole side so the colors will "blend" with eachother. They arent gonna just "touch-up" the paint. That is why getting minor body damages fixed is so expensive because they must re-paint everything touching it so that it will look clean all the way across.

i can bet it will be very close to if not more than $1000 to fix it like new a cheap body shop will probably do it for $600-$750 but you get what you pay for so screw it call your insurance company and pay your deductable and say some one tried to steal your tires and jacked it up wrong. i wont tell lol.
