Check Engine light Flashes ..Loses power

Yeah I mentioned it but it's like.. the last thing you want to deal with when dealing with those codes.
Cats don't die out of the blue, some serious misfiring can toast them though. If the car is running smoothly with no noticeable lack of power, it could be an oxygen sensor gone back --likely the one after the cat.. if it was the one before the cat, the car would run like crap, awful fuel consumption, etc.
When ya get the code read let us know so we can give much more specific advice
