CS Exhaust on a 2003.5 MSP...

Here are some pics of the Cork Sport exhaust on my MSP I am trying to come up with some sound clips but they all seem to large (file wise).....But it sounds unreal.

Does the muffler stick out far enough past the bumper? In the photos it looks like it sits back too far. I'd worry about black soot on your bumper.

I'm very jealous though. I wish the SCCA autocross rules allowed me to remove the cat like your system does. I bet it sounds awesome!

Yeah i know I would get some replies about how far back the exhaust tip was sitting back, but to be honest it has not caused any problems and as far a the soot issue I have made a religious attempt to wipe the area every day so no build up will occur....I will post sound clips if someone can tell me how to get the file small enough to post on this forum....

yeah it looks real good. The deal with the muffler length is a non-issue for me (not that it's my car). I love that tucked-under look. Just fyi, that exhaust was put on my p5 and the tip stuck out about 2.5" past the bumper. IT looked horrific there. I was very pleased with how well everything went together on Dave's car.

I'm just disappointed in CorkSports ability to properly advertise their product. I was clearly shipped a sedan exhaust for my p5....not a good way to do business.

p.s. the exhaust sounds great! almost like a throaty V8 under full load and full boost.
