bought a dgmotorsports lip a while ago and finally got around
to painting it yesterday. im using paint from paintscratch.com


i bought 12.5oz spraycans but found out i need more...shucks

1. Primer with flex 12.5oz ok
2. Basecoat with flex 12.5oz barely not enough,
need another can
3. Clearcoat with flex 12.5oz probably ok, not sure yet.


Anyone painting it themselves get 2 cans of basecoat.
($70 with rubbing compound and freight for primer, basecoat,
and flex). with 2 cans of basecoat, comes in at $100...so
by that time you might wanna just consider getting it professionally painted... oh well. Around here, its about $150-175 to get it painted by a pro (less fitment sanding).

the dgmotorsport lip needs to be sanded quite a bit to make it
fit right.
