Dash bulb Removal??

The hazard light button bulb and the fan speed **** bulb burnt out within a weeks time on my 99.

Can anybody shed me some light as to how I can take the console apart to replace these bulbs.

wow they went out?! If you have an aftermarket stereo or anything check your connections, make sure they are on there correctly and tight. Ive never heard of these bulbs blowing.
