I was jaking up my 99 Pro and *boom* it slipped!
You know where the front mud guard's placed (right behind the driver side wheel).. there's the dent! AUGH! Annoy's the crap out of me! I'll post a pic soon.. any idea how to fix this w/out going to a body shop. =(

 

if there is no PAINT damage...see if there is a "DENT WIZARD" in your area....they are pretty good....and a LOT cheeper than the conventional fix.

 

It's hardly noticeable but if you look closely it's F'd up! So I went to the dealer just now and got an estimate.. (I have to bring my Pro anyway since they have to work on my rear bumper due to an accident).

They said it was pretty bad (the dent) and have to replace all the side panel and the plastic thingy inside.

Will labor and etc.. came up to $650.00! I don't think it's worth all that money but who wants to drive in an F'd up car? Again hardly noticeable, not even but I know that's it there and it's annoying!

Any idea where else can it be looked at or else I'll just hit it and try to put it back in it's place.. (haven't seen it but I think there's hole!)

Hmmm, I dont' know how bad it is without the picture, but if it's not noticable, I'd would leave it. Otherwise you can pry it back out hopefully to original, little filling, and rough paint.
