tip: don't take the bumper off. instead, take off the front driver's side wheel and take off the wheel well liner to install the filter. (please use jackstand for safety)
other than that i think you only need a screwdriver and a 10mm wrench or socket.
also... make sure you put the MAF back so that the air flows through it the right direction. I think there is an arrow on it. (and don't remove the plastic grid)
Be careful with the temp sensor, its fragile. That's about it.

When I installed my CAI, I didn't remove the wheel, simply turned it hard over in the direction that gave me the most room (think it was to the right). I then removed the front fasteners in the wheel liner (I think there were three of them along the fender edge, and a couple on the underneath side) and gently pulled back on the liner until I had enough room to stick my hand in there. I am used to working in tight places by feel, your mileage may vary based upon experience. If you don't feel comfortable with my method, then do as dudeondacouch suggested and pull the wheel and entire liner. I would say you are probably looking at around 10 fasteners, you will know if you missed when when you try to remove it. Just be gentle.

1.take off the ten tons of plastic, that make up the stock intake.
2.relocate the container
3. Clamp the elbow to the throttle.
4. bolt the second pipe (one that attaches to the filter) in the hole infront of the driver side wheel.
5. get the other pipe and clamp it to the strait joint, and then to the elbow, (attach it to the mas when the other side is ready)
6. clamp the other joint to the pipe that will hold the filter
7. attach the hose from the Valve cover & then to the intake
8.open the wheel weel and clamp on the filter
hope it helps, let me know if I missed something...

Its Hard to Mis with these High Res's
The instructions that Injen sent were a JOKE, It shouldnt take more then 30-45 min
I did the Job outside, its a good idea to cover your throttle with a rag or something...just to be safe
Good Luck
