what i wanna know is WHAT on earth is it... and how on earth does it make 15hp just by putting it in??
i am sooo tempted to just dismiss it but i just wanna know how this WOULD work even if it really did work...

yup, total scam.
Just to use a little logic here.... If a manufacturer could use a product and get 15-25whp with no adverse sideaffects AND get better gas mileage..all cars leaving their factory would come with one. It's a rip off resistor that dumps raw fuel into the engine giving you worse throttle response, worse mileage and it'll wear out your catalytic converter sooner.
That reminds me Michael, can you get me an under hood shot of your car? I wanna see if your cataklytic converter is the same as the US spec. *wink*
