A few quick questions
Im checking out some parts on ebay, Im not sure how great the quality is, but they look good.
They have carbon fiber M3 mirrors for $50 shipped, anyone have these installed?
Also, with the intake systems, where does the mass air meter go?
Finally, will an aftermarket Protege bumper fit a P5?
Thanks

The headlights on the P5 are different from the sedas, so no, a hood, grill or bumper from a Protege won't work on a P5.
Sorry, I can't say about the mirrors...Unless the stockies are broken, I wouldn't want to lose the ability to adjust them with your hand inside the car.
See how the intake has two seperate pipes? The MAF goes between the two. Here's a pic of my P5 for reference.
Hope this helps!

talk to kargoboy about getting a cold air intake. he should have them for a decent price and you know they will fit. the ebay intakes that i know of....you have to find a specific one due to some of them not matching up or fitting very well. id imagine kargoboy could get you one for under a 100 bucks if he has some in stock. but dont qoute me on that price. i bought one off him and love it.

Yea hit up Kargoboy for sure .. I posted some links of his products in your other thread. Good luck with the parts, if you need some replacement OEM parts lookup either www.onlinemazdaparts.com or contact Ken @ www.protegegarage.com or you can try searching some online junkyards at www.car-part.com and see if they can hook you up.
Some more great websites which will answer ANY AND ALL questions you have related to the different Protege models are:
www.protegefaq.net
http://protege5.ugly.net
Those two will save you a lot of searching and will hopefully answer a lot of basic questions you might have at this point.
