Finally i am getting my P5 this saturday
Finally my day has come ! My final choices are between the Blue P5 and Black P5, I dont know which color to pick But i just want my P5 !, i came outside and looked at my old Mitsubishi Galant and noticed that all the Transmission Fluid leaked out into the street, and one of the engine mounts are broken, so my solution, go to a dock, put it in drive let it sink into the bottom of the sea LOL !
Pics of my old ride
But i am hoping that all the stuff i ordered comes in so i can add them, Injen Cold air intake, Floor Mats, I am getting 35% Tints to be safe, i wont be able to afford rims UNLESS some has a deal for me on some 17 inch rims, maybe 18'' if they dont rub, i might get strobes who knows well if anyone cares i will keep u updated !

Dude, get blue...
If I were you, I'd go for blue... now that's my personal opinion of course, because that's what I got, and I know that opinions are like noses... everyone has one, they all smell...
But I'll tell you one reason I like the blue better... because it's not just one color. You get black, then your car will always be black... the blue is a different color depending on the surrounding light... sometimes it looks more purple than blue, somethings it looks more black... your car will have a different look dusk dawn day night Noon whenever. It's the Chameleon color... it's fun.
When I was looking at them in the lot the first time, I told the dealer I wanted a purple one... He looked at the brochure and said, "Uh.. we don't make a purple p5, where'd you see that" and I pointed to it in the lot and he said "Oh, that's blue." It was dark when I went to pick it up and I told the guy there must've been some mistake... I wanted blue, not black.

Go for black mica....
Notice the little silver specs, oh I love that colour....
One wash every two weeks will keep it nice, and come on, at night no one comes close to our colour, especially if you get a tint like you're saying.......
I'd strongly consider 20% tint though, depending on your laws, but don't go any darker......

Everyone should own one black car in their lifetime - Fortunately, I've already had mine, and it's long gone now
The P5 comes with so many black accents that I think it looks best with a color which is highlighted by the black, and that eliminates (in my mind at least) both the black and the blue.
All the other colors "go" with the black accents better in my opinion - Fortunately, not everyone agrees with me, or there would be car lots full of black and blue P5's which nobody would buy - Of course, you guys would be able to get better buys on them then though

the bad things about black cars is that they are not that visible (compared to lighter colored cars) ...........and during the winter all that salt makes them look dirty as hell.....
but yeah......a black car with black tint does look good..........
I guess it's up to the buyer to decide..............

And Dan, I kinda do see your point with the black accents.... However there's other things such as the speed dials, or the silver trim inside that could be considered 'light accents'.... and besides, if he gets black colour, he gets body coloured mirrors and side mouldings

Don't listen to these black guys...
See... There aren't that many different shades of black... I mean, black is black... even if it's a different shade, you aren't going to be able to tell the difference... Park next to a black Honda and a black Hyundai and you'll think they were painted from the same cannister.
The blue though... no other car company has a shade that's quite like it... so no-one will *ever* mistake your p5 for an Accord, Civic, Golf, Focus, or Matrix... It just won't happen.
Look at some pictures, you'll see the dark tint does not look bad on the blue P5.
