first repair work...
a couple weeks ago one of the hockey sticks in the back seat of my P5 got wedged against the driver side rear window and i only realized it after holding the window down button for a few seconds. the window still worked for a few days but made a terrible squeeking noise when i lowered it. after that it just crapped out altogether. so i brought it to hte closest dealer and told them 'bout the problem on wednesday morning. they fixed everything under warranty but they were only done friday afternoon.
is 2 and half days normal to replace the window regulator or did they take advantage of the fact that i'm only 17?
thanks

Maybe they were just very busy or shorthanded that day. I haven't had any repairs done on my P5 yet, but when I had my old Honda most repairs didnt take that long. One thing my insurance company told me is that I dont have to leave the car at the shop until they have the needed part in stock, if it's still driveable.
I've taken off the door panel to replace my speakers before, only took about 45 minutes (faster after I'd gotten through all 4 doors). Check your labor charges, how many hours did they bill you?

In my experience, and I've had a lot of it, you will usually wait at least one day between the day they diagnose the problem and the day they actually fix it. For some repairs parts haven't been available for a couple of weeks.
