Fram "Sure Drain"

Fram "Sure Drain"
Sound like a great product, you loose threads each time you unscrew/screw your drain plug.
Frams site doesnt show a part# for 2001, 2002, or 2003. They do have a part# for 2000 Protege. Will this work on a 2002 Protege 5?
If anyone has experience with this product, please post your comments. Thanks.

i don't think it poses a problem, but i am not super **** about oil changes either. i don't believe that a little oil left in the pan hurts anything.
like i said before it's easy but it is really slow, it probably takes the oil twice as long to drain.
i took the hose off of mine, it makes it a little easier to use IMO.
