Full shop manual download

On http://www.mazdamotorsports.com, there is the

2002 Protege Workshop Manual in PDF format to dl. Is this the same manual the dealership uses to fix your car? I remember reading about a manual you can buy from the dealer, for about $100 bucks. Is this the same one?

Here is a pic from the site...

They also have the Parts Manual on the site

How about you people go race so that you *can* get access to this stuff.

Otherwise, GO BUY IT.

Man I don't know what's with you, but it just stinks when you talk like that. ...must have had your mom for lunch today or something.

Were talking about downloading a maintenance manual from the manufacture, thats already posted on the internet for anybody who is smart enough to figure out how to access it, to have it for free.

Its already out there, and if they were that concerned about people not having it, they would have made it harder to access. Their not, and they didnt.

Your afraid of ripping off Mazda....lol..thats a good one...I wonder if they are so afraid to take people for every penny they can get when they sell new or used cars?

Just go to two drag races and send them the results .. then you can download it under your own account. The requirements for legit access aren't exactly stringent.

I'm one of the suckers who actually ordered a hardcopy last year when I got my P5 .... ah well. It would be nice to have it as reference and searchable. I wonder if they have the wiring books as well.

I believe Knowledge is power, and this kind of things should be free. Why? Everybody deserves to know whats under the hood.

Aftermarket will give a **** if you spent $100 buying this thing...they need the money, not Mazda.

Dont rip it, ask for it to be free...!! (linux...?)

Damn!

want free ****? NEVER going to happen.

want reward/gratitude for actually CONTRIBUTING for the Mazda name in the racing world? RACE

too ***** *** to contribute? Don't rip off people (like Mazda) and go buy the damn thing just like everyone else in the world does (including dealers)! For one thing it's ILLEGAL to copy copyrighted material and it's also unethical (and probably illegal) to falsify info just to get that "free" thing.

Your funny. Already have the manual for free, so yes, it is going to happen.
And I have no intention of racing my car. Its a economy car with 122 HP, not a race car.

too ***** *** to download the manual without racing, then buy it. The choice is yours. Dont be-little me because I was able to access a manual that they obviously were not too concerned about people getting. Register and download...wow...thats really a terrible thing I did..that registering and downloading...I guess ill go wait for "the man" at my door so he can handcuff me. That would be the real "the man" otherwise known as the police.

The stupidest thing I did was mention the download on this site, as I never intended to cause such an uproar. I figured some people would "quietly" download it and go about thier business, but I guess I expected to much, and for that I apologize.
