Fuse location

Fuse location
This may be a stupid question but since i bought my car used and without the faceplate to interior fuse box, I don't know. I have a 2002 Pro ES and wanna hook into the cig lighter fuse to install my neons. Anyone got any ideas on which one this is? Thanks
