Is there anything that you can do to the reflector/mirror housing to enhance the light without I guess increasng focusing/glare.

Anyone?

I only asked, because I spoke to a guy who had a spray/coating on his that I guess made it slightly brighter, but I guess that could be totally false as well.

the mirror in WHAT housing!?!? Headlights?? Are you talking about the silverish color inside the headlights reflecting light like a mirror?!?! If so, the headlight color doesn't reflect the light, just whats in the bulb-reflection area. Everything else could be be painted flat black and it wouldn't change the lights any. A lot of people dissassemble their headlights and darken the insides up.
