Angry Help complain to Wings West

I just bought and had installed the new Wings West body kit with 9 piece fender flare on my car. Everything except the front bumper seems to be a good fit. The bumper however doesn't fit good. The problem is that the two peices that stick up between the headlights and the grill are like .5 inches to tall, and the width at the top of the bumper is like an inch to wide. Also there is a gap of about 3/4 of an inch between the bottom of the headlight and the top of the bumper. This injustice cannot go unpunished. I have wrote a letter of complaint but I need your guys help. As Protege lovers we need to unite and complain, even if you don't have the kit. Just write what I wrote. Anybody with me. Thanks.

Have you actually given them a chance to fix the problem? Or are you just immediately going to launch an attack against them?

Give them a chance to satisfy you before you get irrate. And I wouldn't call it an injustice, racial inequality is an injustice...this is a defective product.

You are obviously a master of the written word. No doubt your letter will ensure that all of us will be free from the injustice of poorly fitting body kits.

*edit: nevermind*

Perhaps if you had pictures of the result we would be better able to sympathize.

Did you try asking for a refund or perhaps for them to send you a different bumper? Yours could be defective.
