How to adjust headlamps on '03 P5?

How to adjust headlamps on '03 P5?
Sorry for dumb question, and yes I did search.
I keep getting flashed by other people so I think I'm probably due for an adjustment. I see one hex screw on the back of the plastic assembly of the entire headlamp kit, is that it?

Thanks very much, but...
When I look at the diagram, I can't make heads or tails of where they are turning the screw. Looks like from the top of the assembly, but they didn't go overboard on the illustration did they?
Any ideas?
