Question How to install reverse glo gauges 99 protege ES

Does anyone Know how to install these things. I already broke my temp gauge and had to get a new instrument cluster from a salvage yard...it'll be here on Thursday. I want to do this mod and have seen them installed, but am baffled how to do it. I've read that there is no known way to remove the needles? Is this true? So do you have to slide it over them? Please, help!!!

PS this is my first post! I just got my 99 ES 2 days ago!

Thanks,

Jon

Go get them installed professionally. The same thing happened to me twice. I have two broken guage clusters now and installation only cost me $55 and i ended up paying over $300 for the extra two clusters.
