I had a 98 Honda Civic Si traded in for Cdn$13000 (before tax value) and then I paid $11500

I think I've got a pretty good deal The 98 Civic shouldn't worth so much, even though mine is in pretty good condition.

I paid $15,500 for my ES with sunroof, 6 disc changer, mazda alarm, side air-bag, ABS, and wheel locks.

Then I paid $200 for mud guards and block heater and $400 for title and registration.

I should have got a better price on the mud guards and block heater.

$12,345 prior to tax and dmv fees.

2000 DX, 5spd, convenience package + cassette.. sticker was $14,345 (before Mazda raised the base price a little), and the dealer had a $2000 off sticker sale.

Cash.

There was a sign in the car that said $15,500 one weekend when I was looking at cars. I went home and did tons of reasearch on it and came back about 1-2 months later and told them I saw it on sale and I wanted that price. They said ok. Then told them I wanted mud guards and a block heater. I was only able to talk them down about 30 dollars on those. I ended up getting them for MSRP.

Hello folks, I just bought my car on Tuesday of this week. 2003 LX in Black Mica with AT. I believe the price of the car itself was around $15,995 but throw in the maintenance contract, gap insurance, interior/exterior protection, tax, tags, processing AND the $2000 payoff difference on my old car and I ended up financing about $20,400
