how to take off AC?
Hey can anynoe tell me hot to take off the ac? Mine doesnt work cause condensor is craked. So might as well take it off for more room to fit my soon to be turboed engine.

I've done mine. It was very easy. In all honesty though if you can't look at your ac system and figure out how to remove it you need to take it to someone who will do it for you. It's not difficult at all but you need to have SOME mechanical knowledge.
fyi, I did all of mine in less than 45minutes and only recquired one special tool (ford 3/4" ac tool) these can be had for about $5 from any parts store.

he said that there were some other problems within the ac system. I can believe this. Things like the receiver/dryer are very fragile a lot of pre-bent soft tubing and places for punctures. It probably wont hold refrigerant.
If your brother is a mechanic ask him to help you out for 30 minutes. It won't take any time at all.

honestly the ac has so many problems that even if i wanted it to work it would cost me an arm-&-a-leg to fix. Besides i can live without ac for 4 months!!! Better than using the money i saved up for the turboaka- fixing ac).
