I need some help deciding on a part purchase

I need some help deciding on a part purchase
OK so anyone that has a Protege5 and had experience
taking the side skirts off knows that there is two kinds
of clips holding the side skirts. Any way after a good Ole body shop
work my side skirts are sagging in the middle i know that the shop guys
probably broke them while working on the car and failed to replace them.
That's OK i don't want to watch as some idiots do a 1/2 *** job
taking their sweet Ole time, anyway long story short.
Morons broke them i must fix it.
So i need 10 clips with a square top(item#3) and 18 with round top(item#4)
My curiosity was overwhelming and i have decided to get a price quote
on these parts from my GREAT UBER FINE Hamilton NJ MAZDA DEALER
The parts clerk said "4.50 per clip" "whA?!" 4.50" HuH?!" You got the point.
I must donate my Kidney to BUY 28 clips to hold my side skirts.
Than i went on the web and found a site that has what i need for
$54 for these 28 clips better but still kind of steep so I was wondering
if you guys have a cheaper quote for these clips.
Thanks!!!

quote on the web

I know web price is so and so but In reality im paing for a part that is only worth
at the moust 25 cents.

Take your skirts off and count up the number of reusable clips you have, subtract from the total, and then get a quote. Also Napa and other jobber parts stores have trim clips, you might be able to match up what you have with an aftermarket replacement.

Check the vendor section. We've got a few new vendors/dealers with discounted parts.
Also Ken from ProtegeGarage and mazdastuff.

And yeah what p-t-p said, too. Good advice.
