contact www.levelten.com they offer bullet proof autos

it says all mazda from 93- up
so u can get there bullet proof kit for like 600 dollars and u will have to get someone to rebuild ur trans.. they also offer valve body adjustments and a few other upgrades.. if ya watn u can just buy a new trans from them with all upgrades for about 3k.. my oppion not worth it but the bullet proof kit with stronger seals for 600 and the valve body adjustments are good..

I woundnt worry too much about the tranny.
The auto tranny in the 1.6's and the 2.0's as well as the mazda 3's are all the same. ( I checked the protege faq)

So whatever the other guys can push we can all push. Arent there some auto guys running the hiboost kit. There should be no problem then, for the 1.6ers to run the same power.

And all of them have experienced tranny problems after the turbo install.

Well, except for Pirana, but his P5 rarely saw the road...lol It was a show car mostly.
