Kirk,

There is always some sort of differences between US and Canada, like you I thought that the plans were the same on either side of the border, obviously not.

That's a hell of a nice looking Yellow Miata! They drive great! Only problem is I don't fit in one being 6' 3", I find it way too cramped, too bad. Actually my wife and I used a white Miata for our engagement photo that I borrowed from my buddies dealership.

I think you're right, I never noticed any special order programs for the Miata up here.

Dealer is not honoring the no processing fee part of it, they charge a $289 fee to everyone. Does anyone have documentation I can show that S-plan cannont have processing fees?

Like I posted earlier, it's on the website. Get your PIN and go there. It's in the FAQ.

Hellbreed: Thanks for the compliment. FWIW, I'm 6'2", and I fit fine, though the seats in my 95 Miata afford a bit more space than the ones in my 02 do (seats were changed in 99 and again in 01). Everyone's built different, though.
The differences in the S-Plan according to US or Canadian specs are interesting. Kinda weird how it works out.

Do you think you can copy and paste it here? I don't have my pin and can't access the site without it, and they didn't even ask for it on S-plan. Only had to fill out a 1-page form at the end of the transaction.

Nevermind, I just used someone elses to get in and:

Can I be charged a "document fee" by my dealer?
No. Fees for documentation or similar administration services are not allowed

If you look on the first page, I already did that for you the first time you asked
