Does anyone know where or who does those nice cartoon like drawings of tuner cars for the front and back of t-shirts?

Also those drawings you see on advertisements for Tuner Car shows of a boy & girl (ricers)?

Like to know if there is a yellow Pro5 version of that shirt available for purchase or can one be specially made?
