Exclamation Which Leak should I fix first?

99 Protege LX with a Vaccum leak(I think) and an oil leak. Was wondering which one you guys think I should fix first? I'm not too worried about the oil leak cause that kinda reminds me to change my oil and stuff, but is the vaccum leak taking away what little power my car posseses?

When you have a vacuum leak your car will shake slightly when in low rpms, run and hold your car around 3000 rpm and if you can feel your car shake then that means you probably got vaccum leak unless you got aftermarket exhaust or headers or engine mounts. The other way to check for vacuum leak is when the car is woking to spray some wd40 on the crack and if it kills your car: theres your leak..... Not sure where your oil is leaking from but it is not all that good. Look around your engine to see where its coming from.

Since it's a '99, for $25 you can get a set of vaccum hoses and replace them all.

Take one off.
Measure it against the new ones.
Cut to same length.
Put the new one on.
Discard old one.
[repeat]

(Really - it is that simple)

I would definitely take care of the vacuum leak first. Vacuum leaks can cause lean conditions, which can cause holes in pistons. Not good!
