Lucas performance additives??

Hey guys..

JUst wondering if anyone has tried the Lucas performance stuff? Alot of racers use the stuff and i was just wondering if it might be a good thing to try?

sure alot of racers use stuff like that feul additives and oil additives and colant additives so go for it

er I wouldnt run the oil additive with a low mileage vehicle. the additive actually thickens the crap out of the oil to stabalize it at extremely high temps...running it on your car will cause boggier performance and overwork the hell out of your oil pump...

I've used the Lucas fuel injector/upper cylinder cleaner as a preventative maintenance thing. I wasn't looking for any performance gains. No noticable difference, so nothing too bad happened

I read about the lucas oil stabilizer. It's got that climbing effect that looks cool in the store displays, but if you turn the crank really fast, the oil gets aerated. Imagine what it does inside your engine at 5000 RPM - probably will turn your oil into foam.

I used the Transmission treatment for my AUTO MP5 and the tranny shifts so smoothly. I would recommend it.
I was wondering though, Is it okay to use the engine lubricants if you use synthetic oils?
"O"!, by the way is it a good idea to put that fuel injector cleaner in as well?
