I would really love to haer if anyone was able to get money for depriciation.. I was already thinkning of that but dont know how to go about getting it.

 

It handles the same as before.
The only problem was a nasty idle vibration.Turns out the motor mount got bent and never returned to spec(it just crushed the rubber bushing).They fixed that and it was once again a Beautiful Machine.
The First thing I did after I got the car back(a month later) was I immediately went to the dealership and parked beside a brand new 5.There was such a minimal difference(hood was actually aligned better on mine!)I just smiled and went on with life.

Sorry to here about your ride. As long as the engine didn't get totally damaged, think about upgrading the front end from a body kit and add a carbon fiber hood.. or something like that before getting your car painted. Make your car look better, maybe you will feel better about your car. Anyway good luck with your repairs.

 

I think Im going to let them fix it first so that I can make sure its done correctly and that all of the body parts match up ok. I will be going back on monday to see their progress

 

Well I just went back to the body shop to see my car and it is definately a sad site to see. They had alread cut off the front clip and had welded on the "black" replacement. They better paint everything to match. I will be posting pics tomorroe as my cameras batter just died. Hopefully I will be getting my car on the 5 of july.

 

My car is finished. I saw it yesterday. Everything looks great. I cant wait. It was so nice to smell the interior again. Its quite different then the rotten old cigarette smell that I have been putting up with in the rental they gave me. Any ways I had to take pics with the regular camera due to my digital cam dying. as soon as I develop the film I will post.

 

I know how you feel. I feel the same way but at this point I just really dont care anymore. I have the worst luck with cars. Id probably sell it and get another and that one too would probably get hit or break down ar something. I figure as long as it drive ok and goes in s straight line Im happy.

 

not to mention now I can beat it up a bit and do what ever mods to it I want and not care.
