Need some help.....Dopest gift

So Christmas is coming up and I think I would like to get something for my brothers car. Its a 2000 or 2001 (not sure, new style though) protege 5 and I need some help. In the price range of 60-100 what do you think the best thing I could get for his car is? I know he is more into performance than appearance, and nothing that will void the warrenty (or if it will something that can be taken off easily).
Thanks for the help. Also if you need any more info on the car, or whatever, just ask.

hmm... ever see the DaveB guage rings? They were $30. $30 for the rings, $40 for the intake...thats a good deal.

Thanks for the info on the cold air and on the rings, just a couple questions.... Has anyone ordered one of those cold air kits from the guy on EBAY? Is it quality stuff? or is the tubing going to bend and break?
Thanks Again
