Overall Issue with UR 02 P5's

I let my sister borrow my P5 for about 7 months and I got it back yesterday. I forgot how fun this car is to drive... ZOOM ZOOM BABY!!!

The car has 20,500 miles on it, will be 2 years old in May 04. I will admit that is had been awhile since i drove the car last. MY question to all of you 02 P5 owners, what types of problems/issues have you run into at 20,000 miles?

Mark

I have put about 29000 miles on mine.
Not even the first problem.
I sell Mazdas for a living and our tech's say they are our most problem car next to the Miata.

I guess I should have elaborated more... I have only had minor problems... specifically with the paint and chipping. I havent made it to the dealer for inspection, but plan to. I drove it for a year and havent had any major problems so far...

this is my first Mazda and if i go buy another vehicle, the first stop i am making is back to the Mazda dealership.

Only problem was the Clutch Chatter TSB. That caused a little bit of a headache, but thanks to a good dealership it was solved quickly without much hassle.

No major problems here that the dealer didn't remedy. I've had my PCM flashed, rotors replaced, EGR valve replaced.

I have some problems mainly with the heating/ac and transmission that i am concerned about. I just bought the car 2 months ago used at 30000 miles. Im in love with the car and I think it rocks. However im experiencing some things maybe that might be normal but dont sound like it to me. I get alot of rattling coming from the engine first of all. 2nd of all when the relay comes on for my defrost there's this nasty sounding noise that comes from the engine bay for about a second. and third ive heard many people talk about a clutch chatter TSB...what is clutch chatter exactly? this is my first manual transmission car, but not the first time ive drove manual, i learned how to drive on a manual. also seems that no matter how slow i shift there's this knocking sound coming from the stick shift when i try to put it into 2nd sometimes. also there is a slight whine coming from the tranny in first gear and lately it seems that no matter how slow i let the clutch pedal back up it's really really rough going in. I never had these types of problems driving my dad's manual. *sigh* can anyone help with my questions? thanks alot...
