Hey guys i was looking for paint for my 2003 P5 And i came across 2 types of yellow? 1 Is sunburst and.. 2 is crome yellow?? I think it is sunburst but i am not to sure? Any help would be great..

What about Vivid Yellow? That is what my 02 is...

yep... 90% sure it's sunburst

 

Your right. Sunburst and Vivid are the same. At least that is what Mazda tells me.

 

the difference in yellows is between the p5 and msp.

 

to get the correct match for your car, just look on the driver side door close to the seat
just under the little hook that keeps the door closed

you should see the colour paint for your car.

 

If you have a '03 Protege5 like mine, then your color will be HZ, otherwise known as Hairy Zebra. I already looked into this because I was gonna paint my front lip to match the car and that's the color code that's on the door panel. Either way, just look on the panel and it should tell you a two letter code for it.
