P5 front Bumper ?

Hey I am pretty sure that a 02 P5 front bumper will fit my 02 Protege LX. I did hear somewhere that you have to change the front (support) or bumper gaurd (Styrofoam) to support the P5 front. Any advise would be great.

You'd also have to swap the grill as the bottom part of the sedan grill is flatter and not as pointed as the p5.

And you also need the P5 fender well or something.

bumper

It will fit after you change all of the following:

1: Front rebar
2: Left and right wheel well guards
3: Top grill
4: Bottom grill
5: You need side maker lights if you use the P5 bumper
6: Front under guard

Then the obvious, front bumper and fog lights. You need to change all of these things for sure, how do I know I just did it
looks smoken but not cheap.

Oh don't forget paint.

You won't need the P5 side markers if you plan to use the sedan's headlights but, make sure the bumper then doesn't have the marker holes in it. All of these things would cost alot of money for a new look...

$$$

The whole thing should be close to $1700 cnd all oem parts plus fog lights. It looks great but not cheap I would say for anyone wanting to do this look at for the ww sedan only kit, if it's not out yet wait you'll save some cash.
