Possible mods - what am I lookin at?

Alright, I've got something of an idea of what I'd like to do to my protege (over time), but I want to know two things - what I'm gonna pay, and what I'm gonna get out of it. input would be appreciated.
Right now I'm leaning towards the Hiboost kit. I like the idea of a supercharger, and the WOMP kit looks great, Roddimus, but I value AC more than the advantages of supercharging over turbo.
other mods:
-JE pistons (do i need the JEs or will the SRPs do?)
-Racing Beat exhaust
-Eibach springs
-SR Motorsports sway bar and strut bar
-Unorthodox Racing flywheel
-TWM short shifter

anyone estimate what this would cost?
also, anyone who has any of these things in their cars, how do you like it?

and, all of the above have been discussed thoroughly, you should find most of your answers by using the search button.

You're buying pistons and not rods ????

I assuming you have a 99 ES ???

Just a thought, but if you are planning on running a turbo, it probably is not a great idea to run with higher compression pistons. This is a combination for detonation.

Prices for all of the above can be obtained through various vendors you'll encounter on this forum (Corksport, SR, etc). Might I suggest that you consider a full cat-back off e-Bay and a short shifter off e-Bay to save some money. Several types of lower cost parts have been tried by members of this forum with good results. BTW, I love my UR pulley. Figure about $225 or so (once you buy the belts to go with it). Eibach springs are negotiable, but I assume around $250 (figure north of $500 if you need to have them installed). Why buy a SR strut tower brace, when you can pick up an OEM Mazda one from a local scrap yard for almost nothing? Oh, and figure about three and a half grand for an intercooled turbo kit. Regardless of whether you choose HiBoost, Wagner, etc that seems to be the market price. I prefer a Wagner myself, and one of these days, I will actually be able to afford it.

"how fast it goes and how good it looks depends on the size of your pocket books"

If you have to ask how much it'll cost you can't afford it! Just fyi though, your best course of action is to research parts you want first and determine the best order to purchase them in, some parts will be counterproductive if bought out of order....not saying yours would be just that I see it happen. People buy header and intake and then go turbo and have wasted that money....things like that. Know what you want first and then figure out how to get there. Money is the least of your problems.,

can you elaborate? I'm not very knowledgeable with things like this.

Hence the "over time" bit. thanks for the input though.

I left out piston rods before. i plan on those as well.

Roddimus, you mentioned order of installation as an issue. are any of my selections redundant in their function? in other words, am i getting more than one thing to do the same job?
also, for those things i mentioned, could you suggest an order?

Another question - I know large power increases without mods to the internals of an engine can be a recipe for disaster. my question - will the my stock internals hold up with the turbo in there? the car has 89k miles on it.

...Stock internals should be just fine for a low-boost turbo kit (running approx. 6-7psi). Go much beyond that, and you will need to not only consider internals, but proper engine management (spark & fuel). That gets more expensive. And, doing it right takes a certain amount of know-how. If I were you, I would be much more pragmatic about modding the car. Think big, but start out small.
