Protege Custom Kick Panels

Protege Custom Kick Panels
All of you SQ fans: It's possible to get 3-way speaker components in your protege.
I had a set of Custom Kick Panels made for my '01 ES for a 3-way set of JL Audio Component speakers. They are really nice and the 6 1/2 fits right into the factory door space and the kick fits nicely next to you foot. Because it was made on top of the existing kick panel, it's fits perfectly.
It's the best way to get SQ. These speakers are 1 month old, I ran out of money and need some cash, throw me an offer. The speakers are xr-653csi

oh, I just misread your statment then. I thought you were talking about kick panels. I also thought about the 3-way route in the doors. and have considered MB Quart for this also. Excellent Speakers. Or perhaps bulid my own crossovers and just get the components I want.

Yeah that's what I would do. I have not found anything out there that I like to listen more than MB Quarts. YEah you could customize a crossover for what ever three-way setup you wanna do. The 6.5", 4" and tweet is fairly common so its easy to get crossovers for that setup.

Hope you like them. I'm 6'2" with 14 size shoes and I don't have any problems with my feet. Plus they are made with a carpet cover, vinyl would scratch. JL is a great brand and I had the installer tweak the crossovers and the 300/4 amp so they were bi-amped. They sounded very good. Too bad I ran out of cash.
Thanks

No offense, but those do not look very custom. To me they look like a triangular piece of wood covered in carpet. They do not look molded in the kick panels at all (not like a piece of the car). They get rid of the "dead" pedal, which to me I like to retain. Also, these would probably only really work on an Auto like you have. Too much going on in the footwels in a 5-spd.
Hey, but good luck tring to sell them!
