Protege Parts

I live in the Chicago area and am having problems finding aftermarket performance parts for my 2001 Protege ES with the 2.0 Litre engine. I've tried e-Bay and I've found that some of the parts are of sub-par quality. If anyone knows of any good websites or stores in the area please let me know.

essential speed looks real good. I'm going to get one of their turbokits as soon as my wife promises not to divorce me!

I was looking for strut bars and sway bars. I don't want the ones on the MP3 as I believe that there are better parts out there. I am also looking for clear corner lights (so far I haven't seen any for an '01 Protege). One thing I have had problems finding also is a performance braking system for my car, I have 4 wheel disc brakes and haven't been able to find and applications for the rear set of wheels yet. I plan on getting a turbo kit installed from www.spool-turbo.com Thank you everyone for your input, it is much appreciated.

You underestimate the MP3/MSP suspension parts....IMHo they are the best parts available and they are OEM quality!!!...the only other sway is the rear bar thru AWR Motorsports...but the MP3 set up with the sways, springs, struts, and strutbar made the MP3 handle better than most of the cars on the market today... I saw it in a comparison test with a Corvette, Lotus, and some other cars way out of the protege's class and it held it's ground quite nicely ! so what suspension setup are you going for ??

I was thinking Tein S-Tech springs with Tokico shocks. Those are the only ones I've seen so far, any suggestions?
