PseudoRealityX ....Just a Question

So seeing farther and having your light shine brighter is NOT better than stock then....thats what you and the guru THE MAN are saying right? Hmmm......

Here is my "research". I put the lights in...now i see more at night. I dont think i need to go into any more detail. The resuts are pretty self explanitory. Using small understandable numbers in relative terms. Where i could see 5 feet in frot before and 10 width wise with my stock lights the change to the Xenons would be like 8 feet in front and 15 feet wide. These are of course not real measurments for all those people here that take everything i say for its pure meaning(TheMan). Signs show up better, i can see farther ahead in my car and i can see more to each side....so do i really need to explain anymore, because in my mind that seems to prove higher performance over stock. But hey, COULD BE JUST ME HERE! Its not an optical illusion or light deflecting diferently, it is FACT. Optical illusions will not make me see signs where i could not from that distance before.

Hmmmm, so you are still adamant that the fact that parked 100 feet from a sign before i could not see it, now with these bulbs i can is not good enough evidence and is just my imagination. Alright then.

If you bulbs are higher voltage then maybe the light will have better range and greater intensity. But if you are using the xenon bulbs with the same wattage as the stock bulbs then light output will definetely be less since the blue coating on the bulb filters all wavelengths of light except for the blue and white wavelength. I know this from personal experience mysel. Yes, I noticed that the light is whiter but I also acknowledge that the light intensity is less. A whiter light does not necessarily mean a brighter light.

Measure with light measuring equipment and it will be less. And what you see is not always what is. We don't see black holes but they exist.

Hmmmmm, when you look at your foot in the dark can you see it better then or when the light is on? Shall i go into this explination deeper, or was that deep enough for you? Should there be an IQ restriction on people who post in these forums?

The reason why yopu can see signs better is because the eye is more responsive to white light. White light does reflect better off signs since less is absorbed and your eyes and everyone elses percepts it better then a yellowish light.

I just read your signature....by "tuned" econoboxes i take it you mean like a Civic or Protege. If a "econobox" runs an 11 second run then it is not the car anymore. It has to be modified so much that it isnt the original car anymore. IE engine drop, extreme lightening of the chassis.....the F50 according to you does it stock. So im assuming you are meaning why buy a Ferrari when you can tune a $20,000 "econobox".......riiiiight. Where do you buy your car tuning magazines? Fast and the Furious should not be used as an accurate resource.

I didn't prove your point, your lights aren't brighter. I actually disproved you, didn't you realize?

The eye is MORE responsive to white light. Signs and objects reflect BETTER with white light. Everyone SEES it better than yellow light. This is what you just said. Could you please tell me how saying all these things proves that white light is not an improvement over the stock yellow light. Thanks in advance.

Ok, you got me, i am wrong you are right. I was not trying to prove that my light was BETTER, i was trying to prove it was BRIGHTER. No, it isnt as bright, ok, it is better though, ok. Glad these points are clear now. Good job.

So in conclusion, my lights arent brighter...they just appear and look brigther to EVERYONE. Ok.....i guess i have a few things to ponder here.....like how you came up with that reasoning. Its really just a pissing contest now. My bladder is empty.
