Questions about the DX

Today I saw an ad for new DX's with a/c mtx, and CC, for 10,500. Is this too good to be true? What's the real difference between the DX and LX other than the radio and standard air, cruise etc. Any mechanical/structural differences? I thought that this would be a damn good project car. Anyways, just wondering if there really is any difference between the LX and DX other than the bells and whistles.

As far as I know, there is really nothing different between the DX (Canadian SE) and the LX in terms of mechanical structural differences. Actually, I haven't even been able to find anything structurally/mechanically different about the LX and ES, at least not in published data.

HOWEVER, in the US, the 2.0L engine is now standard for all trims (DX, LX, ES), but in Canada, you can still get the 1.6L engine on the DX (SE).

What is different is equipment such as power locks, windows, etc.
