Including wiring diagrams for the black and grey wires and stuff. I've searched already but there are no instructions for ractive inttake install in the howto section.

If you need instructions on how to install intake(any brand) I seriously recommend you to have someone else to do it for you. Ractive is not "perfect" fit and WILL give you headache.
All I can offer is pics
Intake pics
I wouldn't mess with friends car-just present it in the box.

buy new bracket
Make sure you go buy a new bracket from home depot or the sort. I bought a five inch L-bracket and cutone end and drill out the other. Works like a charm for all of about 2$ The other thing i had a problem with was the cheap *** hose clamps that came with it. A few stripped and i didn't like the holding "power" of the rest so i went to one of the suppliers we deal with at work and bought some heavy duty hose clamps. Obviously heavier but i'm no weight saving techy so..... Just go by the pictures you should figure it out.
And you'll be amazed at the amount of plastic you take out.
