Rear Passenger power door lock actuator

any one else had the prob. i have a 2000 ES and all of a sudden the rear passenger side power door lock wont close, yet will some times open. i think the actuator has gone bad. any other advice. every other power lock works fine. with the key fob remote. thanks for any help,

If you car is still under warrranty they should be glad to fix it.

considering your sound system...its POSSIBLE that a wire or connector vibrated loose....its worth a peek inside the door to do some investigation before you take it to a dealer.
