remove roof rack

I want to remove the roof rack on my 2002 pr5. Is this an easy task and will it hurt my car.

1. yes

2. no

there should be instructions included with the car from the dealer, as well as the plastic inserts to put in the spaces left by the roofrack. If you didn't get these, then go complain to your dealer.

all you need is a socket set and a small flathead screwdriver to do it. Just be careful that you don't scratch the roof up when you are actually taking the parts off the top of the car.

Did you mean the whole roof rack, not just the cross-bars or whatever you call them.
