Question removing badges/decals

I'm going to paint my car next week, and I want to remove the "mazda & "protege badges form my ride before I drop it off @ the body shop. Is there any way to remove the badges easily?

Yep, trying lightly heating those areas with a blow dryer (hair) then use strong floss (maybe wrapped a couple times) and work your way across the badge. When you hit a snag it is one of the badge posts holding it straight on the car. Work on the other side of the badge and then pry it off lightly (straight back with a pliers or something else that won't stratch the car). Done.
